Phase II is Under Construction

The New Year has brought with it the commencement of construction on Phase II of Cibola Vista! Phase II, which will be twice the size of Phase I, will consist of 128 villas, an exciting, expanded Cibola Vista Equestrian Center, two new swimming pools (including the Lazy River), the new poolside Franciscan Café and Bar, a temporary work-out facility, the Event Lawn and our modular sales campus.
 
Completed portions of Phase II will be coming on-line throughout 2006. We anticipate that the modular sales campus, Event Lawn and temporary work-out facility will all be open by early April. The first of the two new swimming pools and Franciscan Café and Bar should be open by this summer. The Lazy River environment and pool and new villas are anticipated to be completed by year end. We are expanding your resort as quickly as we can!
