Check In and Out Times:
All of our guests have a check in time of 4:00 pm the evening of your reservation, and a check out time of 10:00 am the day of departure.

Pet Policy:
Cibola Vista Resort is a pet friendly resort, we allow you to bring your pet for a $250.00 cleaning fee.

Water Slide: There is a minimum height requirement of 48” for the Lagoon Pool water slide.

Smoking Policy:
Guest rooms at Cibola Vista are smoke free, however guests may smoke in outdoor areas.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled by 6pm the evening of arrival or One Night Room Rate and Tax will be applied to the credit card holding the reservation.
